How will you make an impact?
- Drive excellence in the Maximo work order system in Process Development through SLA adherence, compliance, and planning of asset work orders.
What will you do?
- In client’s validated system [Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Maximo], efficiently and accurately develop and plan work orders for non GMP assets to meet or exceed all contracted performance metrics and to align with client request or PD procedures
- Verify and route work orders varying by work type, client request, or PD requirements
- Ensure data integrity of all work order information
- Coordinates vendor, mechanic, electrician and/or instrumentation support for installation, maintenance, calibration, and/or troubleshooting
- Provide data/information as needed to support internal and external audits
- Generate and modify Microsoft Excel spreadsheets with varying ranges of datasets to catalog vital updates to system data
How will you get here?
- GED or high school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree, knowledge of the biotechnology industry is helpful
- Experience in GLP/GMP environment preferred
- Proven understanding of work order management system (Maximo) preferred
- Customer service
- Digital literacy
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Heightened attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Must work well in a team environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English
- Ability to consistently follow detailed procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (with heightened proficiency in Excel) and experience using other computer software programs
- Proven excellence in customer service
