Pay Range: $78k-105k, depending on experience

You will be a driving force in the Madison, Wisconsin plant's future state plans, looking for and validating use of analytical testing techniques to ensure compliance to established quality standards.

How will you make an impact?
This role will be instrumental in ensuring a robust Quality System is in place to maintain and improve product and process compliance, and to drive product and customer support quality improvement initiatives.
You will be a driving force in the Madison, Wisconsin plant's future state plans, looking for and validating use of analytical testing techniques to ensure compliance to established quality standards.
What will you do?
- Ensure operations, processes, and procedures affecting product quality and integrity align with ISO 9001:2015 requirements
- Work with product applications team to set up and apply custom methods to validate online analyzer systems
- Review physical products and documentation, including customer requirements, prior to shipping products
- Maintain quality tracking systems, and analyze non-conformance trends to select quality improvement priorities
- Support factory quality control procedures and supervising systems with an emphasis identifying and implementing improvements including ISO 170125 compliance
- Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, and Product Application teams to address any quality issues or proposed improvements

Education
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related scientific or engineering field preferred; willing to consider relevant experience in lieu of degree
Experience
- 2 years of experience with analytical instrumentation in Quality Assurance environment, preferably in Pharmaceutical, Technology, or Manufacturing Industry
- Experience with multiple data visualization and analysis methods
- Project management experience, including the ability to plan projects to achieve desired outcomes
- Quality certification expertise (e.g. Six-Sigma, ISO, Lean) preferred
- Experience with product certifications a plus. Particularly, certifications for CE marking, EMC testing, and FDA certifications
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Knowledge of improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, 6-Sigma), auditing experience (leading internal or supplier audits), and statistical methods
- Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality standards
- Proven results in improving quality in manufacturing or development processes
- Proven data analysis skills that may involve multiple factors and multi-functional areas
- Must demonstrate good communications skills and be able to work optimally with multi-functional teams on projects including international and multicultural teams and suppliers and customers
- Should be comfortable working within a factory environment, taking care of sophisticated, high-tech products
