Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in California is $30.67-$46.04.
This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.

Keeps the facility in a state of inspection readiness at all times.
Interacts with building occupants to resolve calls for HVAC, plumbing, leak, noise, odor, fire system issues, and much more.
Ability to coordinate small tenant improvement and contractor management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keeps all facilities equipment and utilities in compliance with regulatory standards and in good working order.
- Review and understand equipment and methods of operation, BMS system, fire/life safety, and other systems;
- Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems;
- Maintain, operate all HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical equipment, plumbing systems, building management system, and building repairs;
- Perform facility inspections and report on condition affecting operations;
- The ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required.
- Locates and diagnoses failures, replaces defective components and performs basic troubleshooting using hand & power tools, test equipment, mathematics, operating manuals, specifications, prints, and verbal and/or written instructions.
- Provides written documentation of activities via work orders.
- Communicates status of work assignments to internal customers.
- Promotes safe work practices and works in a safe manner at all times.
- Responds to Emergency notifications.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of HVAC related experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Must be punctual
- Basic computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Office products
- Maintain detailed and accurate reports
- Establish and maintain a good working relationship with contractors and employees
