What you will do
Work directly with internal/external stakeholders to refine the roadmap for targeted markets
Partner with the others to plan the commitment for product increments, manage development and delivery of features according to plan, and provide business with estimates for broad scope roadmap initiatives
Build out and manage feature backlog, balancing priorities of these business requirements with technical feasibility and scalability
Coordinate feature delivery with other agile teams, identifying project inter-dependencies and work with other Product Managers, Designers and Engineers to determine the most efficient and elegant solution for the features
Prioritize and drive sound business decisions during delivery of a product increment
Who you are
An expert with extensive experience in federal student financial aid or student accounts. Both would be a bonus!
Someone with extensive knowledge of the North American Higher Education market
Someone who is driven to deliver an excellent customer experience
Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-moving work environment with a positive attitude and solid work ethic
Experienced with client journeys, and demonstrated ability to synthesize process data
