Who You Are:

We’re looking for design fanatics - visual storytellers - dashboard champions, who are curious how data informs marketing teams. If a mix of showcasing data and crafty visuals sounds intriguing … this may be the role for you.

The team needs someone who can organize and distill a myriad of data points into a cohesive story of insights,bringing stories to life in Keynote decks using deliberately designed data visualizations, charts and graphs. This person would be tasked with evolving the CPA team’s presentation template, creating slides and decks and pushing the team to ever higher levels of excellence in visual communication and stakeholder delight.

What You Will Be Doing:

Interfacing with Consumer Direct Marketing and Creative Studio teams to understand their needs and drive adoption of insights.

• Building dashboards, charts, graphs that tell insight stories for content performance
• Experience visualizing data through dashboards and presentation decks, selecting metrics to tell a story and knowing how data curation and aggregation relates to meaning and insight extraction.
• This role also requires someone who will be able to work cross functionally with a variety of teams, including other analysts and marketing partners to shape recommendations that will drive the future landscape of client-related content.

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years experience in data analysis, data visualization, dashboard construction, etc.
• Keynote (examples required), Tableau, Excel
• Exceptional project management skills with a keen eye for detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Former agency experience (digital media) strongly encouraged to assist in navigating client/ agency stakeholder asks and projects
• Ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic environment; self-starter, proven track record working across complex cross-functional teams

But even better, you have experience with:

• Creative, full service agency experience
• A/B testing experience (.com, apps, email, push notifications, social platforms)
• Athletic retail industry - understanding of athletic consumer mindsets and industry trends
