We have also recently launched TheSquare.AI, our new customisable booking platform designed to allow corporate clients to set up their global travel programme their own way.
As a Sales Manager your responsibilities will include driving revenue, sales and market penetration via new key accounts within the US market. This role will provide you with the exciting opportunity to help drive growth and shape the future of our organisation in the Americas Corporate Housing market.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue and market share in a defined region
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets and objectives
- Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales plan
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Manage contract negotiations
- Customer visits & sales presentations
- Representing the business at conferences, networking events and exhibitions
- Maximising new business development opportunities
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Expect moderate travel
- Position is based out of our NYC office
Desired Skills
- Great relationship builder, with presence, self confidence
- Excellent English language communication skills
- Excellent technical selling skills, process driven sales experience or training
- Knowledge of using Salesforce or a leading CRM is vital.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience with business development and account management within the serviced apartment/corporate housing industry, selling to HR, Mobility, Travel or Procurement in mid to large international corporates
