Role : ECRM Assistant Dermstore
About the Job :
The ECRM Assistant , reporting to the ECRM Manager, will support the Dermstore.com business in optimizing CRM activities, including email campaigns, SMS, lead generation, personalization and loyalty.
This position will have exposure to all aspects of retention marketing and help drive overall impact.
Responsibilities :
- Supporting the planning of the email calendar for the US beauty websites, aligning with other departments including Trading, Merchandising, and Partnerships team.
- Building emails, SMS, and App Push notifications to communicate to our customers using in-house tools, as well as copy-writing and creative briefing, gaining final approval from ECRM Manager.
- Performing quality checks on all outbound marketing communications (including BAU, transactional and automated emails).
- Scheduling and testing built emails, creating email segments, and conducting A / B tests as appropriate.
- Implementing localized ECRM marketing strategy and forecasts to achieve revenue, traffic and CVR KPIs, as set by management team.
- Working with the global ECRM team to ensure learnings are taken from across the business and implemented on US business.
- Gaining awareness of competitor email / SMS offers, to support driving the ECRM business, and adapting as necessary.
- Supporting with any ad-hoc projects as required by line manager.
