In this role, you will utilize warm leads by calling our current customer base to renew their magazine packages. This position is part Customer Service & part Sales. Once you’re sure they have a magazine package they like, you’ll go for the renewal of their subscriptions.

  • Punctual
  • Builds rapport easily
  • Experienced in overcoming objections and meeting sales goals
  • Enjoys a fast-paced and energetic state-of-the-art Call Center environment
  • Has a minimum of 6 months of recent Call Center Outbound Sales experience
