Thirty Madison’s 2022 Summer Internship Program is a 10-week paid program from mid-June to mid-August. This is an immersive learning experience that allows interns to participate in the growth of an innovative company in the digital health space. Interns do impactful work, collaborating with other interns, employees, and business leaders to solve current business problems and deliver solutions.

Understanding and implementing the appropriate care journeys with the right treatments, touchpoints, diagnostics, and partnerships, is central to this role. You will have had experience in working alongside clinical, product, and business leaders in executing initiatives to improve the member experience and experience.

The role / What’s the opportunity?
Creating a holistic, accessible, and affordable care experience, built on a sound clinical foundation, for the patients we serve is our primary mission. As part of the BH team, you will be responsible for supporting and executing on the future strategy of our business and how it integrates into the strategy and roadmap for the current and future set of condition areas. This will include owning 2 critical cross-functional initiatives to help our business continue to scale rapidly, ensure the highest quality of care, and deliver the best possible patient experience.
Key initiatives could include launching new products / services to deliver integrated care more efficiently and effectively, enhancing our end-to-end care model to provide more personalized and ongoing behavioral health care, and coordinating with cross functional partners to accelerate our ability to launch.

Responsibilities / What will I be doing? / You will…
- Conduct internal and external research to identify key areas of opportunity for the BH business
- Lead 2 complex, cross-functional initiatives, including strategy, planning, and execution across teams such as marketing, product, supply chain, medical operations, clinical operations, and CX
- Assist with competitive analysis to ensure we are staying up to speed on the evolving market landscape; identify any new growth opportunities
- Work closely with Behavioral Health leadership to help develop and refine the direction and strategy of the business
- Help launch and track deliverables for new capabilities post launch
- Support any reporting and tracking needs post-launch; help assess any gaps or areas for improvement in operations, troubleshoot any issues early in launch days

- Pursuing a Master's degree such as MBA, MPH, or MHA
- Experience designing, building or implementing tech solutions
- Experience working with data and synthesizing results into learnings and actionable insights
- A strong ability to take initiative and navigate ambiguity
- A passion for improving healthcare and for expanding access to specialist-level care.

- The program will be from mid-June to mid-August 2022
- The internship can be located in New York or fully remote.
