Job Responsibilities & Duties
Overseeing the daily operations of the store, including sales, staffing, scheduling, customer service, and store facility maintenance. Manage inventory, merchandising and purchasing to consistently meet operational standards and exceed sales goals.
Sales / Inventory
- Responsible for timely purchasing, receiving, processing and displaying of all merchandise
- Identify sales trends & develop merchandizing strategy to ensure consist offering of on-trend, popular products to meet customer demands.
- Create sales & marketing promotion to attract new customers and generate sales
Operations & Maintenance
- Maintain a clean, organized, inviting, well-presented store and shopping environment for the customers
- Control store expenses, maintain budgets and reduce costs
Staffing
- Hire, train, coach, motivate a team of 5-6 high performing sales associates to deliver quality customer experience and increase sales profitability
- Create and maintain work schedule to ensure adequate floor coverage
- Ensure all staff adheres to store policies and procedures
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 year experience in retail management and experience in managing and motivate team
- Strong communication, leadership and professionalism
- Proficiency and knowledge in POS software and MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Ability and willingness to work a flexible retail schedule which includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
- Access to reliable transportation
- Bachelor Degree preferred

Pay: $35,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
