Great work-life balance you do not traditionally get in food service. High volume production of food prep and packaging, foodservice operations experience highly desirable, prep and knife skills are preferred, slicers and rational ovens, be able to keep your station clean and maintained. You must be able to follow recipe standards, have a valid food handlers permit, clean as you go, work with speed, accuracy and know how to prioritize tasks. Be a team player and assist co-workers when in high volume.
This position is Monday-Friday 6am-4pm with a compensation of $17-20 DOE an hour.
Qualifications/Duties:
Duties will include running the deli slicing meats, making sandwiches, salads, desserts and smaller portioned food items-
Be able to keep a tracking system of what is needed for the next shifts
Separate grab n goes for multiple delivery sites and be able to drive delivery van safely - Be be able to muli-task and be flexible with team mates
