Kitchen Designer/Sales

We are adding an experienced Kitchen & Bath Designer to our team, Gallipolis location.

Company car and laptop available for work related responsibilities.

Full-time, Saturdays required. Monthly sales bonus paid in addition to hourly rate. Health insurance available after 90 days. Paid Holidays after 90 days. 401K matching program and paid vacation (2 weeks) available after one year. Employee discount offered.

Applicant must be willing to work a 40 hour week (9a-6p), including Saturdays. Off Sunday & one other weekday of choice (established during interview process) will be scheduled off.

A qualified applicant will have a minimum of 3 years in kitchen/bath, interior design, flooring materials and will have experience in operating 20/20 software. Applicant should have a general understanding/knowledge of construction and remodeling.

Applicants are asked to provide a portfolio of previous work and 3-5 work related references (previous clients, vendor reps or co-workers).

Background and drug screen will be conducted on all applicants being considered.

Our designers must maintain clean, professional appearance and be known for trustworthiness and reliability.

Ability to calculate profit margins, execute precise measurements and be punctual with verbal and written communication is a must. Basic mathematical skills (fractions, percentages) required.

Designers must be mindful to represent Thomas Do It Center in a positive and professional manner on jobsite, with contractors, vendors and customers.

Tabaco use while on company property, including vehicles and while on the clock at jobsites is prohibited.

Pay: $44,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
