The Sr. Staff Accountant will be responsible for supporting the accounting staff and accounting department functions.

The Sr. Staff Accountant will be responsible for supporting the accounting staff and accounting department functions.
Essential Job Functions
- Implementation and maintenance of accounting controls, policies and procedures; and strong
- operational support to maintain timely and accurate job costing.
- Centralization of off-site accounting functions.
- Monitoring and updating accounting procedures for the organization.
- Management of month-end, quarterly and annual closing procedures and activities.
- Meet all process and reporting deadlines.
- Assist other members of the accounting team as needed.
- Participate in department projects as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 3 years proven experience as an accountant or similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting required. Master's degree in accounting preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel required.
- Healthcare industry experience preferred.
- Experience with Sage preferred.
