Outside Sales Representative

POSITION LOCATION- Northern Maryland Territory

POSITION SUMMARY

Thomas Fence is a fast growing company, looking for a Sales Representative to be responsible for creating and following up on leads who engage in our products and convert them into customers. Duties will include running and closing pre-set appointments and generating extra leads from referrals. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have an understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Some previous experience in a sales role is a must.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct sales calls to acquire new customers and maintain existing accounts

- Develop and implement strategies for expanding customer base

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients

- Provide technical sales support to customers

- Meet daily KPI's and monthly/quarterly Sales Targets.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities

- Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction

- Communicate the company’s value propositions to all clients

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management

- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively

- Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous

- Ability to analyze market data and trends to drive sales strategies

- Excellent customer service skills

- Technical sales knowledge is a plus

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• GED or high school diploma preferred
• 1-2 years’ work experience in outside sales
• Strong presentation skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to work outside in different weather conditions
• Reliable transportation, frequent travel daily to and from appointments
• This position will require travel - up to 95%

Pay: $32,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
