The Role
You will assist our Lead Excavator with providing sewer and water service to our client's homes.

Responsibilities
What Will I Do?
- Assist with the following tasks when required: water service; spot repairs; pipe burst; trench and excavate; grade, seed, and straw (GSS); and pour and finish concrete.
- Arrive at the Dig Lot on time every day to receive direction and prepare truck and material.
- Maintain company equipment and vehicles and follow repair process when needed.
- Embrace and proactively seek out development opportunities through continued training and one-on-one coaching.
- Available to arrive early and/or stay late when workload requires in varying weather conditions.
Qualifications
Do I Have What it Takes?
- Working toward obtaining plumbing license (we can help!)
- Working toward 100 equipment hours (we can help!)
- Achieved CDL Class A, OSHA Outdoor and DOT certifications.
- Valid driver's license
