Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Plant Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. As the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for , , overseeing the assembly and fabrication processes, implementing lean principles, ensuring Mechanical knowledge is applied effectively, maintaining Quality control standards, driving Process improvement initiatives, and optimizing our Supply chain.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute production plans to meet operational goals
- Implement Lean manufacturing practices to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
- Supervise the assembly and fabrication processes to ensure quality standards are met
- Utilize Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues and optimize production processes
- Conduct regular Quality control checks to maintain product excellence
- Lead continuous Process improvement efforts to streamline operations
- Manage the Supply chain to ensure timely delivery of materials and products

Requirements:
- Proven experience in and implementing techniques
- Ability to oversee assembly and fabrication processes effectively
- Strong Mechanical knowledge to address technical challenges
- Proficiency in Quality control methods and tools
- Experience in driving Process improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of Supply chain management principles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
