Thought Logic is seeking experienced Management Consultants to join our Atlanta, GA, Richmond, VA and Nashville, TN offices.
What you need:
Successful candidates should demonstrate leadership and flexibility, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with executive-level clients, project team members, and support staff. Candidates should possess strong core consulting skills and be able to apply critical problem-solving methodology and project management rigor to drive the formulation of strategy and execution of initiatives for our clients.
What you will do:
Provide finance business consulting services to advise our clients on how to improve business performance and operate efficiently.
Guide clients on improving and transforming the finance operating model though financial processes, enabling technologies, organizational roles and smarter reporting systems.
Analyze data, document findings and prepare recommendations for the implementation of new financial systems, procedures, and organizational changes.
Support the design of varying finance operating models including shared services and outsourcing models.
Assist clients with planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting services.
Consolidating finance functions across business units in order to achieve cost savings
Manage a workstream or team of individuals in the delivery of client serving efforts.
Ability to be flexible and work on general finance strategy and other clients’ strategic initiatives such as cost optimization, M&A integration, ERP mobilization, program governance and other potential opportunities
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Management Information Systems (MIS) or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in professional services/industry. MBA preferred, not required.
Must have 3-5 years of experience in providing professional services related to finance function processes and other operational areas that impact the finance function, including a combination of at least five (5) of the following: finance operating model design, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Finance Systems Transformation, Global Business Services/Outsourcing, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Digital Record to Report.
Must have 2 years of experience in two (2) of the following:
Leading finance workstreams for mid- to large-scale finance transformation projects and programs involving finance functions and shared services
Developing new business with existing clients at the C-level of Fortune 500 companies.
Leading a team of consulting professionals on multiple projects.
