YOUR MISSION
- MAKE CUSTOMERS HAPPY: Meet with potential customers to ensure our products and services are meeting their needs. Conduct a full inspection of the home to ensure homeowner understands our products/services. Offers solutions and recommendations to customers through the total home inspection on areas where the home needs protection.
- ENSURE A SEAMLESS EXPERIENCE: If applicable, ensures previously installed systems on your route are compliant with Thrasher Group Installation Procedures. Communicates design, installation, and service issues with appropriate people to use as learning opportunities.
- TAKE CARE OF FAMILY: make sure our project management team and construction crew have the insight they need to provide a WOW experience for the homeowner. Communicate with the homeowner when needed and ensure everyone in the process is treated with integrity.

YOUR EXPERIENCE
- MINDSET: Desire to challenge the status quo as an Entry Level Sales Representative to redefine the construction industry.
- EXPERIENCE: Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills. A combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field (construction, beverage industry, route sales, insurance). A solid work history with demonstrated consistency in prior roles. Those with prior experience as a Service Technician or in construction sales encouraged to apply. A mechanical aptitude is preferred.
- REQUIREMENTS: Valid driver’s license and ability to meet the requirements of a driving check and background check. 1 year or more of sales experience preferred, but not required. Ability to travel Monday-Thursday 4 nights every 3 weeks.
