Three Pillars Senior Living Communities, located in Dousman, WI, is hiring a Admissions Coordinator. This position is Full Time Days, 40 hours per week. Shift hours are 8:30am - 5pm Monday - Friday. The Admissions Coordinator supports our mission and values by performing the functions necessary to fill vacancies and maintain census at the Masonic Center for Health & Rehab and Hickory Suites.
What will I do in this role?
- Search out qualified leads from a variety of referral sources.
- Receive and respond promptly to calls and inquires from prospective residents, family members, and referral sources, as well as from campus staff to coordinate transfers.
- Show living units and campus to prospective residents, families, and guests.
- Oversee and facilitate the application process for new residents at MCHR and HS, conducting interviews with residents/guardians and obtaining information and signatures necessary for admission.
- Facilitate the move-in process for MCHR, HS, and discharge process.
- Compile, review, and report census and sales/referral efforts.
- Serve as a representative of the campus to greet and tour interested individuals, or speak about the campus and services offered.
- Work with marketing staff to plan, coordinate, and participate in various campus, community, and fraternal events to help market the campus.
- Plan, coordinate, and participate in campus customer service initiatives.
What is required in this position?
- Bachelors degree in: Nursing, Social Services, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous sales and marketing or health care setting experience desired.
- Microsoft Office required; Marketing Database Software (Answers on Demand) preferred.
- Proficient in written and verbal English and able to make sales presentations.
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid eligibility regulations, and medical terminology.
