POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ability to manage assigned technical tasks to ensure the continuous, efficient functioning of administrative processes
Ability to perform administrative tasks, which require an in-depth understanding of the organization’s programs and procedures
Ability to resolve administrative related issues and develop solutions for administrative or clerical functions independent of management
Ability to coordinate meetings, conference calls/VTCs, and conferences to include making arrangements for facilities and travel arrangements for organization members and representatives
Ability to conduct major meeting planning, tracking and closure, including documenting objectives, agenda development, inviting attendees, and developing action item definitions
Ability to establish and maintain work unit calendars
Ability to establish appointment priorities and reschedule or refuse appointments and invitations, as appropriate
Ability to design and develop methods to track high priority actions for projects and programs
Ability to collect and prepare responses to inquiries from external groups concerning technical aspects of assigned projects
Ability to ensure requirements for action or information are relayed to appropriate staff members, interpret requests, and respond appropriately
Ability to locate, assemble, and prepare oral and written presentation material using multiple data sources
Ability to compose complex technical correspondence; provide management with evaluative material needed for the execution of programs and projects
Ability to assist in promoting cross-branch alignment, coordination, and consistency of projects and programs
Ability to provide detailed recommendations for achieving program/project objectives
Ability to attend meetings, generate and maintain meeting minutes, disseminate information concerning projects and programs, note important information or conflicts, and follow up on action items
Ability to perform administrative tasks/duties in accordance with branch operating procedures. Examples include: managing branch supply orders, ensuring printer stations are monitored, and ensuring phone rosters are updated
Ability to prepare and deliver program management documentation and correspondence in accordance with the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs)
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
US Citizen
Active Secret Security Clearance
Education: Associates Degree or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Experience: 4-6 years of administrative experience
Experience in formatting, processing and records maintenance for all official documents
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience scheduling appointments and corresponding via email
Experience in providing mature and independent judgment and initiative
Ability to work independently and be highly responsive.

Salary : $55,500 - $70,300
