POSITION SUMMARY
Your role is to be the day-to-day business and operations coach for our Sir Grout franchisees focused on overall business operations, revenue growth and ensuring each franchisee is capitalizing on sales opportunities. To accomplish your goals, you’ll serve as the primary contact to owners fostering long term business relationships through strong customer service and accountability to the Sir Grout way of operating and doing business. Your main focus is franchisee management resulting in revenue growth. You are a key driver to upholding franchisee accountability, engagement and transparency.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
To provide consultative communication, coaching and assistance to franchisees by influencing effective business planning, driving operational excellence and profitability through coaching, action planning, and building effective relationships through mutual trust and respect.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Business Planning – Act as the primary business coach for our group of franchise owners. Develop a holistic plan with each assigned franchise to grow the revenue and profit of their business. Conducting regular meetings with each franchisee to determine progress on their plans and suggest alterations as needed at minimum on a quarterly cadence.
- Launch New Franchisees - Lead support of new franchisees during launch period into long-term engaged franchisee. Responsible for consistent and timely feedback to grow new franchisee business habits and growth expectations during the first few months of operations. Drives importance of following company business growth model and assures new franchisee is using appropriate resources to support revenue expectations.
- Motivation - Ensure that the franchisees are developing their business profitability and overall success, in ways that lift the entire brand.
- Relationship Management - Serve as a liaison / primary contact between the Sir Grout Home Office and franchisees.
- Data Analysis - Monitor the business results of each Sir Grout location and provide plans to optimize performance. Understanding of Profit & Loss statements and recommendations to maximize profitability in franchisee portfolio.
- Act as the primary corporate contact for Franchisees.
- Act as Community Manager in Franchisee Facebook Group and on group email lists
- Attend Sir Grout training to become technically proficient about our systems and processes to aid you in your coaching sessions
- Responsible for facilitating monthly training and operations sessions on various topics via conference call or webinar
- Help develop and administer operational policies & procedures.
- Update and monitor financial and operational performance metrics.
- Help plan, coordinate and manage the Annual Conference
- As required, assist the Brand President with all administrative needs, including external calls, report collection and filing, expense reports, monthly reports, enrollment tracking, maintaining contact databases, travel arrangements, etc.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to travel at least 1x week per month to meet with Franchisees, Trainings, corporate meetings and to meet with the Brand President
REQUIRED ATTRIBUTES

- Ability to assert influence without authority to get Franchisees in alignment with all corporate systems including but not limited to, utilizing the Call Center, POS, Marketing plans etc…
- Ability to review, analyze and interpret data and make informed decisions and recommendations to grow the franchisee’s business and improve their operations
- Experienced at creating and executing local action plans
- Attention to detail and commitment to follow-up.
- Maintain good databases of information for your own use, but also for the use of the Brand President
- Calendar management and refined time management and organizational skills.
- Proven written, verbal and in person communication skills in all settings, 1:1, groups and large audiences.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 4 years franchisee management or small business owner experience
- Experience working cross functionally to achieve business goals and implement new programs
- Bachelors Degree preferred
