Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year

System Specialist Purpose:
The Systems Specialist provides support on the Home Office Systems team to assist with Help Desk support, setting up utility accounts and leases for new communities, and team projects as needed. A successful candidate for the Systems Specialist position will require an experienced background in the multi-family housing industry, and the knowledge required to provide top tier support to their fellow Thrivers.

Job Responsibilities:
- Responds to, solves, and helps to maintain Thrive Help Desk tickets
- Acts as an administrator to Thrive’s line of business applications (On-Site, Reputation.com, SharePoint and Yardi, among others
- Assists with a wide array of Systems Team projects and new product roll outs
- Participates in community offboarding/onboarding activities as assigned by Systems Manager
- Identifies inconsistencies and inefficiencies in daily operations and creates solutions to triage
- Additional projects and initiatives, as assigned by the Systems Manager and Director of Operations
Qualifications:
- 3 years’ experience with Yardi Voyager
- 3 years’ experience with On-Site
- Knowledge of multifamily housing market pricing
- Strong people skills with a desire to teach others

Physical Requirements
- Indoors (90% to 100% of the time); outdoors, all conditions (0% to 10% of the time)
- Stand and walk or sit alternatively depending on specific needs of the day. Estimate 10% of time is spent on feet and 90% sitting at desk.
