Job Title: Customer Service and Sales Admin
Department: Consumer Brands
Reports to: Project Manager
Essential Functions Include:
Administrative support provides administrative correspondence at the highest safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
This position is responsible for interacting with vendors, accounting, inside sales team and external customers to ensure that projects are completed.
Works with sales team on daily order entry & invoicing clients in a timely manner.
Will work with consistent speed and accuracy, ensuring that department standards are met.
This role requires effective communication skills in both written and verbal form, with an ability to understand when to escalate issues to management as needed.
Works with Customer Service Team to ensure all customer requests are taken care of within 24 hours.
Must demonstrate the ability to handle customer complaints, provide solutions for customers and follow up to resolve any issues our customers experience.
Must demonstrate a positive work approach, problem solver, patience, professionalism and maintain awareness and take on elevated tasks when the lead is not available.
Contributes to the team by accomplishing related results as needed.
Responsible for other tasks assigned.
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
Qualifications Include:
The ability to remain efficient in a fast-paced environment.
Strong teamwork and communication.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite programs and computer systems.
Basic math skills
Strong Customer Service Skills – professionalism, patience, a “people-first” attitude, problem solving, listening, detail oriented, multi- tasking and documentation skills
Strong communication skills and an ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Reliable and punctual for assigned shift or task
Physical Requirement:
Consistent and reliable attendance
This position is a hybrid of in-office and remote working
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
