Position: Registered Nurse
Full-Time or Part-Time
Summary. We are a Dallas faith-based women’s clinic seeking a Registered Nurse (BSN or Associate’s degree) with an active license in good standing in Texas. Must be a team player with strong people skills and available to workday shifts Monday through Friday and occasional evenings. Ultrasound training is provided. Spanish language fluency a plus, but not required. Our life-affirming work includes outreach to women and their partners experiencing an unplanned pregnancy. We operate three clinics and one mobile clinic in Dallas County with professional medical care, social services, mentoring, and practical needs. This position will have a home base with travel and work at other locations as needed.

Qualifications.
- RN in good standing in the state of Texas (BSN or Associates)
- Experience in performing 1st and 2nd-trimester ultrasounds (preferred, training provided)
- Consistently demonstrates good clinical judgment
- Consistently demonstrates effective problem-solving skills
- Staff nurses must demonstrate a passion for our mission to offer Christ-like love in a compassionate and responsive manner that values the family and empowers women and their partners to choose life
- Team player attitude
- Able to travel to, and work at, all clinics as needed
- Perform limited obstetric sonograms, pregnancy tests, vital signs, and other clinic services according to policies and procedures
- Educate and counsel clients and potential clients with medical questions, both in the counseling room and on the telephone, giving referrals as needed
- Assist and communicate with physicians regarding the medical needs of the client
- Follow up with clients’ medical needs as necessary
- Assist with training of new staff and volunteer nurses
- Work with electronic-based charting (EMR)
- Attend monthly staff meetings and training as required
