Summary

      

Provides recruiting support to the Regional Development Directors within the regional area.

         

Job Description

          

  • Provides recruiting support to one or more field leaders. 
  • Posts jobs on all applicable job boards, collects and reviews resumes against minimum qualifications, schedules and organizes interviews with suitable candidates, prepares necessary documents; job description, conducts initial screens of candidates and prepares interview questions for Recruiter/Director, may do some phone screening, handles communication with the candidates as well as maintains good relationships, manages multiple applicants in the applicant tracking system, etc. 
  • Keeps records of candidate interviews. 
  • Provides cold sourcing (e.g. LinkedIn, other online/virtual) and other support to the recruiting process as needed.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of recruiting support experience
  • Good organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to juggle different tasks and understand how to prioritize. 
  • Must be proficient in  Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).  Must also be willing/able to learn Salesforce.
  • Proficient in utilizing LinkedIn for recruiting purposes 
  • Confidentiality with sensitive information.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred:

  • Associate degree or higher.
  • Experience with managing, communicating and guiding candidates. 
  • Familiar with applicant tracking systems and reporting processes.
  • Knowledge of financial services industry.
