Summary
Provides recruiting support to the Regional Development Directors within the regional area.
Job Description
- Provides recruiting support to one or more field leaders.
- Posts jobs on all applicable job boards, collects and reviews resumes against minimum qualifications, schedules and organizes interviews with suitable candidates, prepares necessary documents; job description, conducts initial screens of candidates and prepares interview questions for Recruiter/Director, may do some phone screening, handles communication with the candidates as well as maintains good relationships, manages multiple applicants in the applicant tracking system, etc.
- Keeps records of candidate interviews.
- Provides cold sourcing (e.g. LinkedIn, other online/virtual) and other support to the recruiting process as needed.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting support experience
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to juggle different tasks and understand how to prioritize.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook). Must also be willing/able to learn Salesforce.
- Proficient in utilizing LinkedIn for recruiting purposes
- Confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred:
- Associate degree or higher.
- Experience with managing, communicating and guiding candidates.
- Familiar with applicant tracking systems and reporting processes.
- Knowledge of financial services industry.
