Thriveworks Counseling is seeking individuals pursuing North Carolina State Licensure as a LCMHC. Preferred candidates have an interest in working in a private practice setting with individuals, couples, and families. Associates at Thriveworks receive supervision from some of the top Licensed Mental Health Professionals in the country. Thriveworks is dedicated to helping and empowering clinicians to succeed, so they can focus on client care.
Compensation: Up to $67,000
Requirements:
- Licensed Associate in LCMHC (LCMHCA) in North Carolina with a 60 credit hour program
- Must have passed the NCE (National Counselor Exam) or the National Clinical Mental Health Counselor (NCMHCE)
- Preferred experience in counseling setting
- Full-time availability preferred
Availability:
- Full-time AND Part-time options available
- Weekend hours available
- Full clinical caseload typically established within the first 90 days
