About the Role & the Team
This role will manage, develop and maintain our Salesforce CRM platform in order to ensure continued improvement and scaling of Thriveworks core operational teams. The position works cross functionally to ensure our Salesforce implementation meets business needs and streamlines operations. The ideal candidate will have 8 years of Salesforce platform/design/development consulting experience. Additionally, the candidate must be proficient with various configuration aspects of Salesforce including developing and building reports, dashboards, workflows, integrations, automations, profiles, page layouts, and permission sets. Finally, this role will be responsible for providing recommendations for enhancements and modifications to improve system performance, operational efficiency, internal business processes, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the entire architecture and design of Salesforce including integrations, security, configuration, and custom development
- Partner with stakeholders throughout the Company to understand core business & technical needs and translate these requirements into solutions that best leverage Salesforce
- Identify best practices, gap areas, and/or any areas of opportunity for improvement in existing process or teams that can also leverage the system
- Manage the development and delivery of solutions, including teams, tools & environments
- Collaborate with salesforce development teams (internal and external) to support more technically complex implementations
- Deploy design documentation and best practice methodologies
- Develop training plans, materials, and documentation for platform users
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience with Salesforce
- 5 years of experience working on deployment teams, preferably using Agile development techniques
- Experience using project management and visual design tools and best practices
- At least one of the following certifications
- Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Developer
- Strong knowledge of business process design
- Strong attention to detail, communication and organization skills
- Action oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare experience
- Operating experience at a high growth company
- Experience setting up a Salesforce instance from scratch
