About the Job
Thriveworks is hiring a Workforce Reporting Analyst to join our team. This position is expected to perform a variety of tasks concurrently and work with all levels of the organization. The position relies on a strong ability to translate ideas into action and sound judgment to accomplish goals. The WFM Reporting Analyst should demonstrate a proficient understanding of Looker, Power BI, Excel, and basic understanding of call center metrics. They would need to have the ability to work well with others in a team-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze data to ID trends that will help with business decisions.
- Create Reporting to help monitor agent behavior and performance
- Analyze and interpret reports/processes in order to identify opportunities for improvement
- Also, able to effectively communicate those findings to key stakeholders
- Assist with daily weekly and monthly departmental reporting on key metrics

Basic Qualifications
- 1-3yrs experience in analytics
- The skills build pivot tables and more complex cutting of data in excel
- The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Working knowledge and experience using business software (word processing, spreadsheets, etc.) and email
- Proficient in excel and sheets
- Be willing to always find a way to "MIH" (Make It Happen)
- Work independently and with a team to produce excellent results
