Summary:
Meeting new prospective clients, and fostering relationships with current partner / contracted agencies. Educating prospective clients, and the interdisciplinary teams involved in that client's care to determine if they want to utilize services.
Manages all aspects of onboarding clients that do want to utilize Remote Support services, and follow services for a period of time before handing them off to the ongoing services team.
Principal Duties:
- Manage and maintain an intake process, including education for client/client team, processing paperwork, and coordinating with installation/equipment dept for proper setup along with the initial set of their system in our software.
- Market and reach out to potential partner agencies for collaborative work.
- Contact County Boards and ensure your contact information is readily available to them for potential referals.
- Work Lead generation systems, and contacts to identify potential interest in Remote Supports.
- Stay updated on Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities rules and regulations for home and community based waiver services.
- Adding/Maintaining client files in software systems
- Creating system protocols/details in clients’ accounts as needed
- Facilitate all necessary communication (phone, email, meetings) with the individuals’ teams and provide required follow-up in a timely manner.
- Resolve individual customer service issues.
- Assist Billing Department with caseload questions and corrections.

COVID-19 considerations:
THS RSS is taking added precautions for COVID, including the rebuilding of office layout to ensure distanced work areas along with sanitization processes. Most work will be done remotely, and PPI requirements when meeting in person may be required.
