Aviation Sales Representative

Thunderbird Aviation Position: Aviation Sales Representative The Aviation Sales Representative position is responsible for all Company leads, including but not limited to, flight training, charter, maintenance, fueling, events, and other operational sales as necessary.

Position Duties

• Work with the collegiate program or our sister company Academy College in the development of pilots and aircraft dispatchers, as well as the Young Flyers and HS program and the development of additional programs.
• Handle establishment, transactions, record-keeping and preparation of monthly/quarterly reports for charter, fuel and the flight school.
• Build effective relationships with prospective customers.
• Assist with lead generation and management, to include: online engagement, brand awareness, attending fairs, interacting with high schools, and participating in other community functions.
• Track customer leads in accordance with current school policies, practices, and procedures.
• Research, register, attend aviation focused events within the community and attend relevant conferences.
• Track initial customer outreach, leads and follow ups, prepare monthly/quarterly reports in accordance with budgeted goals.
• Develop goals and implement a plan for lead generation, to include online engagement, brand awareness.
• Handle All Flight Training Leads for Thunderbird Aviation

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ work experience in sales;
• Strong written and oral communication skills required;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required;
• Proven track record of project completion, multi-tasking, and the ability to handle a high pressure environment over time;
• Proven history of attaining and/or exceeding assigned goals;
• History of developing constructive and cooperative relationships with others and maintaining them over time.

Preferred

• Associates Degree preferred.
• Understand and/or working with military VA benefits is helpful.
• Aviation Knowledge preferred, not required.
• Familiarity with social media and SEO/SEM preferred;

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
