Backed by the financial strength of TPG Capital, the combined company brings together complementary product capabilities, best-in-class technology, and unmatched expertise to better enable and protect the modern, hybrid enterprise in an environment defined by ever-increasing, identity-based cyber-attacks.   Position Summary The Senior Professional Services Consultant delivers on pre-paid packaged services including installation, configuration, and customization of ThycoticCentrify software and custom engagements that may include scripting (with help from others at ThycoticCentrify ), API use, and geo-replication. The individual collaborates with other ThycoticCentrify staff to ensure that ThycoticCentrify software solutions are successfully implemented as the foundation of a strategic Privilege Access Management program. The technical consultant will be involved with advanced troubleshooting and technical escalation management for a client account. This position reports to the Professional Services Technical Manager.
