Our Rhode Island - Copper and Brass team is growing and we need new talent for this great entry level opportunity! Become a key component of our plant and office's administrative duties as our Branch Coordinator. This is a great opportunity to join one of the largest materials distributors in the world and to learn and assist in a very important role! We are looking for organized, detail-oriented, polished team member, with the strong ability to multi-task in a cross-functional atmosphere.

- Coordinate information between operations and sales
- Assist with daily activity reports
- Assist receiving with scanning material documents
- Complete production reports
- Order warehouse supplies
- Code MRO supplier invoices and submit for payment
- Safety activities supporting the plant
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to perform basic math skills
- Good time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP experience
- 1-3 years warehouse experience
- Excel
- LEAN Training
