Key Accountabilities:
- Assists in the implementation of human resources policies and procedures and their dissemination through employee booklets, communications, and/or meetings.
- Prepares reports in conformance with legislated requirements or organization needs.
- Monitor and review the performance evaluation process and continually develop as necessary, ensuring that annual reviews are carried out in a timely manner.
- Assist in new hire process by conducting interviews, coordinating pre-employment screening, new hire paperwork processing, and employee orientations.
- Interpret policies and procedures in response to inquiries from managers and employees; determine appropriate applicability in a variety of situations.
- Manage special projects, as required, that support human resource and organizational strategy.
- Communicate benefit and leave plans to employees and managers, and coordinate follow up actions with corporate HR.
- May handle employee relations activities in absence of or to support the HR Manager, including investigation of complaints.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of related experience as a Human Resource Generalist, as a Coordinator, or the equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to relate information with clarity.
- Solid knowledge of basic employment laws, including FLSA, Title 7, FMLA, Affirmative Action, NLRA, workers' compensation, and applicable state laws.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft platform and time and attendance systems, for the purposes of data entry and report creation and maintenance.\
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification.
