Advisory Consultant I The Advisory Consultant I enhances the enterprise advice capabilities to meet the increased needs of clients with moderate levels of investable assets. This job delivers a range of episodic advice up to a full comprehensive financial plan for clients and prospects. The Advisory Consultant I is responsible for ongoing engagements from initial consultation to periodic goal reviews with enhanced blended digital solutions. This job is responsible for growth, retention, client surveys, and deepening client relationships though the delivery of advice and facilitating referrals as appropriate. Key Responsibilities and Duties Provides a range of episodic advice to participants regarding a full, comprehensive financial plan. Assists in managing individual relationships with high-net worth clients across all products and services, focusing on building book of businesses, strengthening relationships, and growing and retaining assets. Engages clients face-to-face via video chat and phone, while balancing inbound and outbound responsibilities. Provides client service and sales support, focusing primarily on advice implementation and asset consolidation coordination. Guides client on income execution, including assisting clients in completing forms and reviewing forms for accuracy. Performs registered and non-registered activities related to identifying client needs and identifying potential issues with current financial plans. Identifies client concerns and gathers additional information regarding clients’ current financial situation and potential future needs. Identifies sales and asset retention opportunities and refers to advisory team. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
