Business Continuous Improvement
Provide Continuous Improvement expertise and consultation to business units, supporting and leading the execution of key divisional, departmental, or cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives ensuring that clear targets, goals and expectations are established, tracked, communicated and executed.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Provide Continuous Improvement expertise and consultation to business units, supporting and leading the execution of key divisional, departmental, or cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives ensuring that clear targets, goals and expectations are established, tracked, communicated and executed.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Utilizing CI skills to evaluate, quantify and prioritize CI projects for execution.
- Collaborate with key business owners and partners for the delivery of results and establishment of a culture of continuous improvement (e.g. CI ideas generation, Change Management, Communications etc.).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for improved efficiencies/productivity; reduce unit costs, business risks and improving the client experience via people, process, automation and technology enhancements.

Required Skills:
- Process improvement, change management, and/or project management experience utilizing Lean principles required.
- Knowledge of and familiarity with LEAN/Six Sigma framework, Agile, PMP or similar project
- Experience working in the Financial Services Industry
- Creative problem solving and analytical skills
- Experience supporting corporate, divisional or department-wide continuous improvement projects/programs.
Preferred skills:
- Strong communication, presentation skills and relationship building/impersonal skills.
- Undergraduate or Graduate degree.
- Black/Green Belt or equivalent Six Sigma certification/product owner certification
- Creative problem solving and analytical skills, ability work with data.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office products - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Knowledge of and familiarity with LEAN/Six Sigma framework, Agile, Safe, PMP or similar project management methodologies.
- Support UAT testing
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
