What you'll be doing...
Lead Generation Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies to expand our client base and drive revenue growth.
- Utilize a blend of digital marketing, traditional marketing, and networking to generate high-quality leads and convert them into profitable sales opportunities.
- Design, build, and optimize sales funnels to efficiently convert leads into loyal customers.
- Continuously improve lead generation processes and tactics based on market insights and performance metrics.
Marketing Campaign Management:
- Plan, implement, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Support the development and execution of our brand strategy to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Optimize digital advertising strategy and budget allocation to achieve maximum ROI.
- Leverage physical locations, such as project sites, as strategic marketing assets to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Coordinate the design and development of all marketing materials including brochures, websites, advertising content, etc.
- Assist in developing creative briefs and guide creative direction to align with campaign objectives across print, digital, and video assets.
Content Creation and Management:
- Develop compelling visual content, including drone videography, photography, and project documentation, to effectively showcase our portfolio and capabilities.
- Create compelling copy for advertisements, social media posts, websites, and other marketing collateral.
- Review and edit marketing materials for accuracy, brand consistency, and high quality before final submission.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; Master's degree and/or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in marketing and sales management, ideally within the construction or home improvement industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategies that drive lead generation and revenue growth.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including CRM systems, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and social media advertising.
- Experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
- Strong background in building and managing sales funnels, including experience with CRM systems to enhance customer relationship management and sales performance.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Familiarity with the residential and commercial construction industry, including knowledge of roofing, insulation, gutters, siding, and related services.
This will be a performance-based salary.
