Business Analyst Intern

We help companies have more fun by making it easier to invite guests, manage an event from invitation to execution to post-event reporting, and proving just how valuable live events can be.   TicketManager is an official partner of the Philadelphia Eagles, Texas Rangers, Chicago White Sox, LAFC, Minnesota Wild, Ticketmaster and a partner of over 50 professional and college sports teams, franchises, universities and technology providers.  TicketManager serves a who's who of global brands including Fortune 500s, local businesses and even the NBA and NFL.   As a Business Analyst Intern, you will be a member of the Product team based in Calabasas, delivering custom reports and analytics dashboards to our team.   The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be able to hit the ground running, and possess a desire to contribute and problem solve.  Must work well with others, both technical and non-technical.  You will have direct contact with many senior team members for supervision and mentoring.  This internship is ideal for anyone wishing to pursue a career as an analyst.   Responsibilities:  Analyze data and reports to identify trends/insights that will influence business decisions Communicate key metrics to our Sales and Customer Success teams Build reports and visualizations using Power BI and other tools  Dig into data to ensure quality and validity of existing reports Desired Skills and Experience:  Actively pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or equivalent Experience working with multiple large datasets to extract actionable insights Strong interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to explain analysis to non-technical audiences Experience with Microsoft Excel, and PivotTables are required Experience with the following is a plus: Microsoft Power BI, SQL, Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) Details:  This is a 3-month internship, with an opportunity to extend  Up to 30 hours per week   $16/hr TicketManager Highlights: Inc. 5000 fastest-growing private company by Inc.
