What we’re looking for
We’re seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to join our fast-growing and passionate team. This position can be hybrid or fully remote (Canada/USA). As part of our dynamic Marketing team, you will be responsible for digital acquisition and will influence the entire customer journey with an emphasis on MoFu and BoFu. We’re seeking someone who enjoys both the art and science of creating a high performing digital journey. Come join us and help us make a huge impact in data monetization!
What you'll be doing
- Own lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing management
- Create, manage and optimize advertising campaigns
- Own website and content conversion
- Develop and lead multi-channel market strategies designed to drive sales qualified leads
- Implement planned and ad hoc marketing campaigns: content, emails, landing pages, forms, CTA
- Work with Head of Growth on marketing automation
- Work with Head of Growth on segmented customer journeys
- Coordinate with marketing department to provide design and content support
- Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth
- Keep an open communication with the sales teams about recently converted MQLs to SQLs and follow up with the progress of those
What you'll need
- You’ll need to be fundamentally curious about how companies can best leverage data
- Proven experience in generating senior leadership leads for B2B enterprise software products
- High degree of proficiency in marketing automation – especially HubSpot
- Experience to distill complex technical enterprise B2B solutions into benefits-oriented messaging, preferably SaaS
- Deep understanding and ability to build customer journeys, nurture and drip campaigns as well as one-off, triggered, ad hoc email blasts
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time, prioritizing and organizing effectively
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with an obsessive attention to detail
