Every one of our Sales Representatives works hands-on with new and existing AT&T customers to educate customers on the new Fiber Optic technology, expanding our client's brand and ensuring every customer is beyond satisfied. Responsibilities of our Sales Representative:
- Communicate and directly assist customers in completing the sales process after presenting all relevant information on product offerings
- Manage and create new customer accounts with all accurate customer information, including customer contact information, installation date, package, billing information, etc.
- Answer any questions and overturn objections from potential customers with an empathetic and courteous manner
- Attend all client meetings to stay up to date with new products, service offerings, or any sales promotions that may arise
- Report daily and weekly sales metrics for each client with the rest of the Senior Sales Management team for easy forecasting and future projections
- Acknowledge specific and individualized customer needs throughout the sales process to ensure every customer is left satisfied with their experience
- Establish clear communication between clients and prospects, and internal client teams
Requirements of our Sales Representative:
- A High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Experience in Sales Representative, Customer Service, Client-Facing, Retail, or related fields
- Confidence, professionalism, and the ability to adapt to any customer's personality with an empathetic tone
- Self-motivated, with the ability to complete tasks effectively with minimal supervision
- A passionate individual with a dedication to solving problems and fulfilling customer needs
- Exceptional ability to overcome objections, negotiate contracts, and close sales efficiently
- Motivated, driven, and eager to succeed personally and professionally
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $800.00 - $1,300.00 per week
