We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst!!
This position can work remotely, but will need to attend in person meetings in Licolnshire, IL as needed.
Support Enterprise Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function. Focus areas include analysis and presentation of financial results, forecasting, budgeting, daily or ad hoc analysis, analysis tool development, and system development and improvement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Enterprise Commercial FP&A
• Monthly financial variance analytics, reporting and presentations
• Forecasting
• Budgeting
• Produce, enhance capabilities and automate daily sales reporting
• Provide consolidated Commercial financial variance reporting/analysis
• Support Enterprise Data Warehouse team to create consistent reporting and optimize analytics
• Other projects and duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• MBA, CPA, CFA or other certifications a plus.
• 5 years of related work experience in a corporate environment
• Ability to synthesize large sets of data to tell a story.
• Ability to pay attention to the details while being able to apply a big picture lens.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills
• High level of integrity, initiative, motivation, and curiosity seeking root cause in analysis.
• Proven desire for process improvement.
• Emphasis on consistently producing high quality results and attention to detail.Strong analytical skills, organization, and strategic thinking.
• Proactive problem solver expected to present problems and recommendations simultaneously.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and work comfortably with incomplete information.
• Advanced skills with Excel.
