Requirements:
· Assist in coaching representatives
· Assist in training representatives
· Assist in developing representatives
· Assist in scheduling
· Adheres to and holds representatives to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
· Delivers exceptional customer service to all customers
· Complies with all company policies and procedures
· Drives sales and manages expenses
· Manages weekly goals
· Focus on developing leaders, empowering employees and encouraging productivity in the work place
Qualifications:
· High School graduate or equivalent
· Management or supervising role preferred
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· Ability to maintain composure under pressure
· Ability to multi-task
· Demonstrated team management and leadership ability
· Comfortable speaking in larger groups with strong presentation skills
