Who We're Looking For

We are looking for an adept, clever writer to join our fast-paced, high-performing marketing team. This team partners with company leadership, our business development team, and consultants to amplify TiER1's voice and expand our reach nationally. We're looking for someone who exhibits a passion for continual learning and a desire to drive growth for the organization through online visibility, digital campaigns, and both hosted and industry events. The ideal candidate will have previous experience communicating the voice of a professional services or B2B organization in a unique and effective way. We are also looking for someone with a high sense of service to our internal and external clients and a passion for creating engaging, relevant online experiences.

• Develop and manage digital, web, email, print, and social media content.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and evolution of company website and landing pages.
• Organize events such as webinars, expos, lunch and learns, and roundtables.
• Develop and execute on both physical and digital campaigns, as well as, promotional efforts.
• Partner with consultant authors to solicit content marketing submissions and edit content for brand alignment, voice, grammar, and style.
• Build online community and connection through email and social media efforts.
• Partner with the Business Development team and Regional Directors to continue to build visibility in the professional organizations within each market.
• Assist with submissions, presentations, and communication for speaking and award opportunities.
• Ensure a cycle of experimentation and measurement in all marketing efforts.
• Assist with internal communication efforts, as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of marketing experience
• College degree required; preferred majors include: Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Interactive Media
• Strong writer with the ability to articulate a specific voice that aligns with the TiER1 brand
• Experience creating landing pages and digital experiences
• Experience with marketing tools and methods such as email campaign software, marketing automation, SEO, WordPress, etc.
• Social media expertise particularly related to building community
• Strong understanding of digital analytics
• A willingness to go above and beyond to provide highly responsive service on a consistent basis
• A love for people and an ability to collaborate with individuals from a variety of experiences and backgrounds
• Strong organizational and project management skills with an eye for detail
