SEEKING TEMPORARY PRESS OPERATOR TO CONNECT WITH OUR ICONIC BRAND

The Temporary Press Operator is responsible to operate Tiffany & Co. equipment in a safe manner, follow work instruction processes, check work to ensure product meets Tiffany & Co. quality standards.

• Safely operate manual lathes, drill presses, saws, hydraulic and mechanical stamping presses.
• Determine and perform tool set-ups and changeovers in all manual machining equipment.  
• Perform 1st piece and in-process inspections during machining and stamping operations utilizing digital calipers.
• Perform 100% visual inspect ion of products produced at each stage of manufacture. 

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to read and understand product drawings/specifications in conjunction with the use measuring tools
• Understand visual/aesthetic quality requirements for each stamping and machining operation
• Good communication skills in English, including the ability to read, write and comprehend
• Ability to select proper tools and materials for the job and follow work instructions
• Must have good hand dexterity and the ability to recognize problems with jewelry pieces
• Excellent attention to detail

Preferred Qualification:

• High School diploma or equivalent
