Tiffany's Learning Center (TLC) is expanding! We are looking to permanently open a second center in Middlefield, Ohio and are looking to hire a director & child-care workers/teachers to staff that location!
Located just outside the center of town on a quiet side street, we are just around the corner from the Middlefield fire & police departments for that extra sense of security. Sidewalks make for a great opportunity for walking trips around the neighborhood on days the weather cooperates. Our goal is to make our center as homey as possible, with all of the kids in our care treated as family.
Looking to be up and running come January 2024!
Signing bonus offered - up to $1000 - based on education & experience!
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or GED a must (Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education a plus!)
- Previous childcare experience is preferred, but not required (willing to train)
- Must by physically able to keep up with young children - a medical statement is required to be on file prior to starting employment.
- Clean background check
- Just as important as the requirements above, you must love working with children!
The following trainings/certifications are required for employment:
- CPR (within 90 days of hire)
- First Aid (within 90 days of hire)
- Child Abuse Recognition (within 60 days of hire)
- Communicable Disease (within 60 days of hire)
