Job Title: Client Partner Manager

Location: Remote

Summary:

We are looking for a Client Partner Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working on the offshore and onsite model, have good experience on various technologies including cloud, and have good banking domain experience. The Client Partner Manager will be responsible for working closely with the key business customers, stakeholders, external partners, and all groups within the organization to implement, evolve, support, and own the software and system components to appropriate quality standards.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the key business customers, stakeholders, external partners, and all groups within the organization to implement, evolve, support, and own the software and system components to appropriate quality standards.
  • Financial accountability including estimation and forecasting of developments.
  • Work closely together with Business Leads, Project Managers, Product Owners and Business Partners, ensuring scheduling alignment for delivery of components within the wider release schedule.
  • Lead daily stand-ups with delivery teams and effectively manage expectations of IT and Business Stakeholders.
  • First class technical leadership of the software development team including clear and concise technical guidance.
  • Should have done hunting and farming in the role they have played.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in the IT industry, with 5 years in a client partner or similar role.
  • Experience working on the offshore and onsite model.
  • Good experience on various technologies including cloud.
  • Good banking domain experience.
  • Strong financial acumen.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
