Where would you step in?
As a valuable member of our office administration team, you will provide support to all levels of technical and operational staff. You will sit in our Westfield, Massachusetts headquarters on a hybrid basis.
What will you be doing?
As an Office Administrator, your responsibilities will include a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities supporting members of our senior team and the Westfield office. Tasks will include greeting guests, answering phones, scheduling and coordinating meetings, maintaining office supplies, helping with video conferences, coordinating professional development and training events, assisting with new hire activities and set-up, and working with vendors and building maintenance. You will also help with communication to potential clients, logging and tracking of project opportunities, proposal preparation, coordination, and transmitting to clients, and other appropriate job and client related tasks.
What do you need?
You will need some experience in a related role with some advanced education preferred. You will need to be comfortable driving to surrounding towns and have a collaborative “can do” attitude. You will need a level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn about our internal systems. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external audiences with the ability to make independent decisions, manage multiple priorities, take initiative, and have the foresight to address issues as they arise.

Salaries are determined based on internal equity and market analysis and will vary based on the candidate’s skill and experience; the salary range for this position is $48,000 to $64,000.
