Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Sunday (7 days a week), Rotating shifts and some holidays
- 1st Shift: 10am-6pm 2nd Shift: 6pm-2am
Key Responsibilities:
- Member Service: Be friendly, professional, and possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills while treating members with respect.
- Performance Results: Ability to multitask and engage in conversations to uncover our member’s needs and make meaningful recommendations.
- Quality of Work: Adhere to all TIGR policies and procedures and producing work that is thorough and completed with minimal errors while ensuring our member’s information is secure and protected.
- Volume of Work: Make every effort to handle member inquiries efficiently and to completion.
- Operational Knowledge: Develop and maintain a good working knowledge of all TIGR cashier services.
- Fraud Detection & Prevention: Ability to utilize processes, tools and techniques for detecting, addressing, and preventing fraudulent situations.
- Dependability: Willingness to adjust schedule to help keep the business properly staffed. Manage time off appropriately, not calling out unnecessarily and arrives to work on time.
- Professionalism and Appearance: Presents a professional image, demeanor and speaking voice in all interactions with members, co-workers and supervisors.
- Additional Requirements: Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology as TIGR continues to expand.
Qualification/Experience/Desired Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements: Office setting with moderately varied desk-oriented activity, with fatigue being relieved by opportunities to stand and move around in a comfortable environment. Repetitive movement of fingers, wrist and hand.
