Real Estate and Facilities (RE&F), being part of the Enterprise Services department, was founded in June 2015. Growing with the company while fulfilling our massive global footprint, RE&F has developed a delicacy management model of the entire real estate lifecycle, from space planning, transaction management, project management, facilities management, and office EHS (Environment, Health & Safety).
We are looking for a facilities leader with relevant expertise and passion to lead a team of diverse & experienced professionals who are committed to collaborating with customers, senior leaders, vendors and others. In this role, you will be on-site working with various business units and leading an awesome workspace experience.
As the lead for the Facility Management Team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to our internal employees and ensuring all properties are operated in compliance with local, state, and federal agencies requirements.The ideal candidate will be experienced with scaling, coordinating multiple complex office expansion and transitional projects in a fast growth environment.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive facility services to sustain optimal business performance.
2. Oversee management activities including building maintenance and engineering by following industry best practices. Manage portfolio operating costs and capital expenditures.
3. Forecast resource requirements and annual budgets. Develop appropriate site staffing models to support operational needs. Complete expenses and payments in a timely manner.
4. Align real estate strategies, lease obligations, contractual agreements, and vendor service expectations. Maintain sound relationships with landlords to support our organization's needs.
5. Partner with legal, procurement, finance, and accounting teams to optimize vendor performance with services agreements;Publish monthly reports to track activities, budgets, and KPIs.
6. Partner with the environmental, health and safety team to create safe and inclusive workplaces.
7. Assess portfolio strategic plans with our planning teams and make recommendations regarding real estate assets.
8. Develop and train the next generation of facility management leaders; Establish, communicate, and track progress of group goals/objectives and other deliverables.
9. Collaborate with various functional areas such as real estate, project management, space planning, EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety), physical security, IT, workplace, travel, and operations.
10. Drive Energy/Sustainability and community enrichment programs to achieve company goals.
1. BA/BS in facility management, business, operations, architecture, engineering interior design or related field; professional certification desirable.
2. Minimum 10 years corporate real estate management experience, preferably in a large corporation.
3. Experience leading diverse and remote staff is desired。
