About the Team
As a Scaled Operations Team Member, you will be an integral part of our organization's operations function, supporting the efficient and scalable execution of our business processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, implement process improvements, maintain key TikTok products, and ensure smooth execution of daily activities. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness across departments.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, generate reports, and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and process documentation.
• Monitor operational processes and procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination between various teams and departments, ensuring smooth workflow and resolving operational issues.
• Assist in coordinating and supporting operational projects
• Identify areas for operational improvement, propose and implement solutions, and actively contribute to the enhancement of operational efficiency.

Qualifications
Qualifications

• Team player, ability to engage on all levels of the organization
• 2-3 years of experience working in operational capacity that involves heavy cross functional team collaboration
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
• Strong interest in entertainment and digital content; understanding of the media landscape and major trends in the industry
• Bachelors degree preferred

Job Information
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $30.08- $43.85.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
