As part of the Monetization team at TikTok, the SMB Growth team is focused on bringing new advertisers to the ads platform. As paid acquisition is one of the key contributors to this growth, the team is seeking a paid search expert to bring maximum volume and efficiency to the channel. The ideal candidate will be a strong executor, data-driven, and obsessively ROI-focused.
Responsibilities
Own performance, reporting, and insights at the most granular level to best inform and collaborate with stakeholders, peers, and senior leaders
Execute a scalable paid search program end-to-end, starting from channel strategy to account structure, campaign execution, and ongoing optimization
Lead conversations with Data Science and Strategy teams to set expectations around goals, lead volume, and ultimately new revenue.
Ability to communicate complex data with clarity and simplicity
Manage our agency relationships to prioritize and drive strong results for the business and positive engagements for both teams
Collaborate with publishers to test and implement the latest betas and products to stay ahead of the industry
Consistently test landing pages, and creatives to achieve the highest possible conversion rates
Work with Adtech and Product teams to build or evaluate services, and technology that will help drive the best results
Qualifications
5 years of paid search experience
Familiarity with B2B and/or SMB acquisition
Expert in performance, direct response, and/or ROAS
Good understanding of tracking and attribution
Comfortable in early stage teams and ambiguity
Preferred Qualifications
Experience running global campaigns across multiple languages
Knows how to work with incrementality testing, media mix models, etc
